Better Leadership Requires Practice

Servant leadership is the way

Servant leadership is the way to better results. It is the best leadership approach I have found allowing individuals to grow into their best selves while inspiring others to do the same. I say it this way.

The work matters, but the people
doing the work matter more.

It is also why I write about it every week on my blog, medium, and speak to groups. People need better leadership. It's not hard, but it takes practice. While far from perfect, I choose daily to be a practitioner and help others too. Attending a conference with other servant leaders may be the opportunity you have been looking to level up your leadership.

International Servant Leadership Summit

The servant leadership methodology used in organizations today is championed by the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.

This year they are hosting a virtual conference from 6/9/2021 to 6/11/2021. I am proud to be among many contributors who will share their experiences in how servant leadership can inspire others to do their best work.

  • Learn to effectively invite others into servant-leadership

  • Applying servant-leadership to influence senior leadership
